Terms & Rules

The majority of appointments are held at the client's private residence.

Master Bone's traveling sessions: individual sessions outside of the state of Illinois may be conducted at the client's residence or another location, which must be communicated to the client two days in advance. 

Upon reservation, the client must provide the full address of their residence and report whether there is adequate square footage for the procedure, as well as any other difficulties related to their location (pets, stairs/floor, gates, buzzer systems, etc.) 

Visitors and recordings are not allowed unless requested and agreed upon by both parties. 

The procedure will be performed with the client either in a lying down on a massage table or seated position, depending on the areas that require attention. In some cases, the client may be asked to lie on the floor if stretching or PIR (Post-Isometric Relaxation) techniques are deemed necessary. The client should be aware that massage oils will be used during the session, and this will involve skin contact. To ensure modesty and comfort, private areas shall be covered with loose clothing, towels, or sheets. 

The client is responsible for ensuring a disturbance-free environment. There should be no interruptions during the session, and clients are required to refrain from talking or asking questions, as Mr. Bone does not speak to clients during the session.  Clients is  encouraged to communicate with Master Bone only in case of discomfort (temperature, pressure, dizziness, etc) during the session. If needed, a translation device will be offered to accommodate the communication after the session. Individual client and group event attendees will receive a written summary of their appointment along with recommendations.

Master Eli reserves the right to refuse a session to any customer who is late by more than 15 minutes to the appointment, exhibits poor hygiene, or has not complied with the payment terms. Additionally, customers may be denied a session if the necessary medical and consent forms have not been signed. Client shall not be under influence of any kind, except prescription medication.

Client must inform Master Bone if pregnant or nursing and indicate  ALL existing health conditions (use questionnaire on a booking page). It is preferred that the client provides any existing images such as MRI, CT scans, or X-rays, if available to compare results in a future. 
During the session, the client may enter a deep state of meditation, as music at 668 Hz will be played. The client is encouraged to relax fully. If there are any concerns, the client is required to consult with their physician.

Single individual session must be paid in full. If the client chooses to cancel a session and requests a refund, a full refund will be issued (within 15 business days) 

if the cancellation is reported at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time. If the cancellation is reported between 48 and 24 hours before the appointment, a refund of 50% will be issued. Last-minute cancellations are not eligible for a refund and are discouraged, as we strive to respect Master Bone’s time and accommodate other clients on the waitlist.

For the cancellation of group events, the following refund policy applies:
A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is reported 48 hours in advance.

A 50% refund will be issued if the cancellation is reported at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

In the event that Master Bone is traveling for a private event, the full payment must be made in accordance with either a verbal, typed or contracted agreement. The agreed-upon amount shall be paid in full prior to the event. Private client shall cover 100 percent of Master Bone's logging and travel expenses in case of full or partial cancelation.

Packages and discounts offered by Master Elijah Bone, Master Eli LLC, DBA Elijah Bone require full payment prior to the commencement of the first service. The cost of services rendered is non-refundable. In the event of future sessions cancellation, any discounted cost of remaining services will be recalculated based on the ratio of services completed to the original price as published, and any remainder will be refunded within 15 business days. Any outstanding balance will be billed to the client accordingly, in compliance with regulations.

Product Refund Policy: Products offered by Master Elijah Bone and his subsidiaries, whether sold in person or via this website, are non-refundable. Prior to purchasing any of our liquid, herbal, or cosmetic products (including tinctures, teas, herbal waters, oils, lotions, or serums), we advise referring to the detailed product description. We cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions or other unsatisfactory outcomes. Therefore, no refunds will be issued for product purchases.

1. Data Protection: At Master Eli, we make every effort to safeguard our customers' information. We use Calendly.com - Stripe integration  as our third-party provider for card payment processing. We cannot be held liable for any issues that may arise with your financial information during the payment process. Rest assured that we do not have access to your financial information, nor do we store it in any way.

2. Medical Information: Your medical information, as filled out upon reservation will not be disclosed to third parties. 

3. Master Bone (legal name Ilie Chibotar) holds three master’s degrees in clinical bodywork, massage, and psychophysiology from prestigious European universities. He is also an educator and lecturer in sports medicine. Master Bone has served as a member of the Coaching Council of the Belarusian Volleyball Federation, where he was the senior coach for medical support for the national volleyball team of the Republic of Belarus for 10 years.

Furthermore, he has operated his own energy healing and alternative therapeutic touch practice for over 15 years, providing services as described on this site to thousands of people around the world.

Energy healing methods fall under the umbrella of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM), which is defined as a consensus term for healing methods, techniques, processes, and systems that have historically fallen outside of established, recognized Western medicine. CAM methods are considered complementary or alternative healing arts in the United States. CAM includes both licensed healing arts practitioners, such as chiropractors, and non-licensed alternative healing arts practitioners, such as Therapeutic Touch practitioners. Therefore, CAM methods fall into two categories: those that are regulated by state licensing laws and those that are not regulated therefore Mr. Chibotar is not required and is not licensed in the USA.  

Clients are required to check with their state regulations and consent to this agreement.
